本作は「真?事故物件／本當(dāng)に怖い住民たち」で映畫(huà)製作プロジェクトをスタートさせたサイゾーによるホラー映畫(huà)の第2弾。オカムロという名を聞いたり口にすると、何者かに首を狩られるという江戸時(shí)代から言い伝えられる伝説をモチーフにした作品だ
